Gretta is the Co-Founder and Recruitment Director of HarperLloyd Recruitment, leading our Legal Support division and partnering with law firms across Australia to connect exceptional legal talent with outstanding opportunities.

Having worked in the legal industry since the age of 18, Gretta brings a wealth of firsthand experience and industry knowledge to every client and candidate relationship. She began her career as an office junior before progressing through a variety of roles, including receptionist, legal secretary, office manager, practice manager, HR Manager and Business Services Manager, ultimately becoming Dual State Administration Manager for a national plaintiff law firm.

With extensive experience in both legal operations and recruitment, Gretta has managed end-to-end recruitment across legal support, business services, finance and human resources. Her deep understanding of the legal sector, combined with her genuine passion for helping people succeed, allows her to build lasting relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that create long-term success for both clients and candidates.

Gretta's dedication to delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships has been recognised nationally. In 2025, she was named SEEK's Legal Recruiter of the Year (Australia), recognising her commitment to excellence and outstanding results within the legal recruitment industry.
